This is not quite how we wanted to welcome you in to 2021 – however here we are again..version 3.0!!
So this is the latest information we have for you –
The current restrictions do not allow for any indoor or outdoor racket activities.
Marcus is in the process of creating an amazing Zoom timetable with some new additions to it for all of the family to try! He has also emailed out about the loaning of gym equipment, please email any requests to email@example.com
We would love for you to maintain your membership in support of the club and really do appreciate all of you who have supported us in the past year.
If you wish to maintain your membership then you do not need to do anything!
In order to access any of the Zoom classes or loan any equipment you must remain as an active member.
However, if you do feel that you will need to freeze your membership then please email this request to Nicola at firstname.lastname@example.org. This request needs to be in by Tuesday 12th January in order for it to be processed.
Your membership will then be frozen from Tuesday 5th January until Friday 19th February.
If you freeze your membership and are a direct debit member, no payment will be taken in February due to the payment being taken on 1st January.
Your March payment will then be calculated to reflect the days we were open in January, before lockdown, and the days we are hopefully open in February. Obviously this is subject to change depending on the lockdown.
If you freeze your membership and are an annual paying member, your renewal date will be extended by the number of days we are closed.
