Our membership package is an exceptional value, featuring over 70 weekly classes, ranging from higher intensity body attack, body pump and spin, to a more holistic approach with Pilates, stretch and Yoga. All are included in the membership fee and run throughout the week. Suitable for all levels, you’ll really get value for money with what’s on offer.

Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned member, we offer professional training and top-notch facilities to help you maximise your workout. We do not just provide an introductory exercise program – we will support you with bespoke programs throughout your membership, and encourage regular reviews every 6-8 weeks to keep you engaged and on track towards your goals.

Fitness Classes

Over the last 25 years in the fitness industry I’ve worked with every level of gym user imaginable. Having worked with international athletes to those who are terrified of the free weights, I’ve seen it all but the training ethos is the same for everyone “try do a little more than I did last time”.

I love training in the gym and want other people to feel the same way about using weights. The health benefits of weights are huge but the mental health benefits are even bigger.

The gym is just a big playground, lets play! You may be surprised what you can actually achieve.

I’m Tilly and my main focus as a Personal Trainer is helping my clients find enjoyment in training and exercise.

I’ve been involved in sport from a young age, competing in cross country and fell-running, so I’m a firm believer in the benefits of exercise for mental wellbeing.

I help people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels to establish healthy habits and build confidence in the gym in order to reach their goals. I especially enjoy helping clients build muscle and strength.

Over the past 8 years, I have worked as part of the team here at ILTSC and have held many roles within the club. Starting as a Fitness Instructor in 2016, I quickly became a Personal Trainer and more recently have taken the role of Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Junior Performance Programme in 2021.

Strength & Conditioning is a great passion of mine, seeing the progression and drive from our players to become better athletes is an excellent quality they all hold.

I will continue to be very proud of the position I hold here at ILTSC and look forward to working with you.

Enthusiastic about my own personal fitness, in 2019 I changed careers and qualified as a Level 3 fitness instructor & personal trainer. Previously, after graduating from University, I had a varied 25+ year career, primarily in sales & marketing.

As a personal trainer to a wide range of ages and abilities I am passionate about functional training, enhancing clients lives by developing their physical & mental strength and cardio fitness.

Qualified as a Les Mills GRIT (HIIT) Instructor I am a keen runner & completed my 1st marathon in 2022. I have a great passion for Spin using multiple music genres to enhance these sessions; together with studio and circuit classes.

My experience in strength training, pilates and cycling combined with my passion for the outdoors, means I can teach you how to cherry pick your training to suit you… So you know what you’re doing, move better and feel good doing the things you enjoy.

I am also a passionate and experienced Cancer & Excercise Specialist, with over 5 years experience working as an NHS Personal Trainer for Oncology, supporting patients at any point from diagnosis to those living with cancer. I am confident in making activity accessable, safe and hopefully fun.

I’m a dedicated personal trainer specialising in menopause and senior fitness. I’m passionate about empowering mid-life and older adults to lead vibrant lives and have more than a decade experience crafting workouts that prioritise fun, functionality and balance.

My approach focuses on strength, flexibility and functional
movement. I’m aiming not only for fitness but also to support hormone balance through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

As a mid-lifer myself I understand that many of us may be dealing with physical and/or health challenges. I will deliver a personalised programme adapted to your requirements that will enable you to achieve results through challenging you in the right way. Guidance on
nutrition, stress management and lifestyle adjustments also form an integral part of my approach.

Align Yoga

A gentle way to reset your week- mobility and yin yoga combined to deeply enhance your practice. Stretching out deeper tissues using props and modifications with a soothing relaxation.

Bodypump™

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Bodyattack ™

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Body Burn

Burn up to 600 calories a session in this high octane fat attack class. Bodyfat comes off when you create a calorie deficit and this class is all about that! High impact and low impact options given to ensure everyone can have ago.

Easy Rider

Great for beginners wanting to give spin a go but have always been put off by the intensity.

Bodypower

Shift your fitness to the next level with this 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, using barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises, to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and hit all the major muscle groups to build lean muscle.

Boxercise

Life gets pretty stressful sometimes and there’s no better way to get rid of stress than beat the heck out of some pads! Boxercise is a fantastic all over body workout but on top of all the physical benefits you find a sense of confidence that may not have had before.

Express Core

30mins of challenging exercises all with the intension of working the core in every plane of motion. Forget crunches, this workout will tax the core with a variety of dynamic, but controlled exercises.

LBT

Legs, Bums and Tums. A classic making a resurgence due to the fact it nails all the areas people care about. If you’re after a class that targets any of life’s important parts this is the one for you! suitable for all levels of fitness.

Metafit™

Body weight training. TONE muscle, BOOST metabolism and ultimately, BURN FAT with Metafit. Our 30 minute workout will set your metabolism on fire and seriously change your body shape.

Move freely  

Improves muscle tone and flexibility, using weights bands and body weight exercises. Fantastic class for the older adult and those returning to fitness. it is truly a class everyone can benefit from.

Pilates Fusion

Your one stop, low impact class to a stronger, firmer body. Cherry picking the best of different training methods from the world of Pilates and incorporating weights, swiss balls, gliders to challenge your muscles. Think small movements, high repetition to develop local muscular endurance.

Pilates 

A mat-based fitness-Pilates class emphasizing precise movements to activate, isolate and stabilize core muscles while improving posture, flexibility, balance and strength.

PEAK POSTURE

Pilates based exercise class focusing on correct postural alignment and combating large amounts of time chained to the office desk. You work at a desk 8 hours a day, drive home, sit at the dinner table, sit on the sofa and wonder why everything hurts when you try exercise? You need this class.

PIYO

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, low-impact program that’ll get you incredibly defined. no equipment needed and lots of fun.

Purestretch

Purestretch stretching classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.

Relax and Restore Yoga:

Friday evening chill out session with meditation and relaxation techniques to fully unwind from your week. Bring a blanket and allow yourself to breathe and mind to settle into deep rest.

Spin

A highly motivating cardiovascular and strength workout done on a stationary bike. Time to get a serious sweat on!

Spin Express

A 30min spin session with a shorter warm up and a shorter cooldown to get straight into the action! Think roadrunner on steroids

Total Tone 

20 minutes HIIT, 20 minutes strength, 20 minutes core. A total body workout class designed to cover all elements of fitness to provide great muscle tone and endurance.

Velocity

Small group training held in the fitness annex. The small group is led by one of our personal trainers through a series of exercises with aim of burning some series calories in 30mins. It will be using every tool at our disposal in the gym; Trx, slam balls, assault bikes, kettlebells to mention but a few. Due to the size of the group you will receive more tuition on correct form and hopefully have some fun at the same time!

Virtual Spin

In-between our fantastic instructor led spin classes there is also the option to attend a virtual spin class. Virtual spin classes are held in the spin studio and are led by some of the industries top spin instructors. Due to them being at off peak times, there is no need to book the 45min session. Simply turn up at the designated time and give it your all!

Yoga

Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Its foundations are set deeply in ancient yogic tradition; Dru works on the Body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility.
