UPDATED virtual fitness class timetable
We hope that you have been enjoying our new virtual fitness classes. Please see below our updated timetable which now includes Kettlebells, HIIT & Abs and Spin classes.
To join in, all you need to do is download the Zoom app from your computer, phone or tablet, then click on the below link of the class you’d like to join.
The timetable is as follows:
MONDAY
Spin with Gareth
8am, 45mins
Motivating music combined with a varied and energetic journey incorporating a mix of hills, flat and sprints on a stationary bike. Don’t worry if you didn’t take one of our spin bikes home, this class can easily be done on an exercise bike or turbo trainer.

Move Freely with Kerry

This class improves muscle tone and flexibility, using weights bands and body weight exercises. Fantastic class for the older adult and those returning to fitness.
