NEW – virtual fitness classes
It’s a difficult time for all of us, and we’re sure that you are missing group exercise just as much as we are at the club.
With this in mind, we have put together a timetable of virtual fitness classes so that you can still enjoy exercising amongst some friendly faces. To join in, all you need to do is download the Zoom app from your computer, phone or tablet, then click on the below link of the class you’d like to join.

This class improves muscle tone and flexibility, using weights bands and body weight exercises. Fantastic class for the older adult and those returning to fitness.
