1) Star Jumps (advanced: Air jacks)

2) backwards stepping lunges

X 4 times then REST for 1min

 

Round 1: 20sec work: 10sec rest

1) mountain climbers (advanced: squat thrusts)

2) plank hold (advanced: plank through 10sec rest time!) X 4 times
