Our philosophy is that Fitness and well-being are vital ingredients in creating a healthy mind and body. It reduces stress, improves sleep, strengthens immunity and makes you feel happy and energised. Whether it is your first time in the gym, or you are a seasoned member, we have the facilities and professional training to help you get the most out of your gym session. Add to this the scenic backdrop of Ilkley moor and you have a fantastic setting to achieve your health and fitness goals.

The cardiovascular equipment in the Fitness Suite includes the complete range of the Technogym equipment consisting of:

All our equipment is fitted with Cardio Theatres’  and most machines have their own integrated televisions for you to wind away the time spent training.

In addition to a wide selection of the latest cardiovascular equipment, the gym area includes a dedicated free-weights area to add variety to your workout. Our team of experienced and professional gym staff are always around to provide advice, encouragement and support.

The majority of gyms in the area will simply give you an introductory exercise prescription programme, here at ILTSC we will continue to give you support and repeat programmes for the entire length of your membership. We actively promote you have your bespoke fitness programme reviewed every 6 – 8 weeks to effectively achieve your goals, relieve boredom and get the most of your time spent with us.
